Paper Based Visas

If you qualify for an ETA and you are applying for an ETA Visitor or Business Short Validity or Business Long Validity visa then you must use the ETA system.

If you do not qualify for an ETA, or you are interested in a Long Stay or Working Holiday Visa, then you need to apply for a paper-based visa. Australian Visas Ltd can handle your application for you.

To apply for a paper-based visa download the relevant application forms listed below. Completed forms should be sent to:

together with your passport(s) and payment. Use the Australian Visas payment advice form to include payment and contact details.

We cannot be responsible for loss of passports in the post so you may wish to enclose a registered envelope for safe return of your passports.

Short Stay Holiday Visa Non ETA 
Valid for 12 months with multiple stays of 3 months on each visit. This visa is only applicable to people who do not qualify for an ETA Visitor Visa.
Australian Visas Ltd fee - non-refundable 70 UK Pound Sterling per applicant.

Long Stay Holiday Visa 
Valid for 12 months with stays of over 3 months - up to 6 months. A person from any country holding a valid passport can apply for a Long Stay Holiday Visa.
Australian Visas Ltd fee - non-refundable 70 UK Pound Sterling per applicant.

Additional information required:
Proof of available funds of £3000 (e.g. bank statement)
Persons aged over 70 require a Medical Assessment proforma. to download a copy.

Business Short Stay Non ETA 
Valid for either 3 months, 1 year, 5 years or life of passport. Allows 1 or more visits of 3 months. Validity, numer of entries and length of stay will be determined at time visa is granted. This visa is only applicable to people who do not qualify for an ETA Business Visa.

Working Holiday Visa 
Multiple entry visa valid for 12 months from date of entry into Australia Working Holiday Visas are only available to citizens of the following countries:

IRELAND
ITALY
JAPAN
KOREA, SOUTH
MALTA
NETHERLANDS

Second applications can be applied for subject to conditions outlined on the form 1150.

You must be between 18 and 30 years old at the time of the application and have no dependent children.
